DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND FINAL SALE

Shop Kelverin specializes exclusively in digital ebooks. All products are delivered as downloadable files. Since digital content cannot be returned or resold once accessed, we have implemented a protective measure to ensure you're confident about your purchase.

BEFORE YOUR DOWNLOAD

When you complete your purchase, you'll receive a clear notification before accessing your ebook. This notification explains that once you initiate the download, you're confirming receipt of the product and forfeit any refund eligibility.

You have full control at this stage. If you've reconsidered your purchase, prefer a physical edition, or have changed your mind for any reason, you can decline to download. When you decline, we'll process a complete refund without any questions asked.

AFTER YOUR DOWNLOAD

Once you acknowledge the notification and proceed with your download, the transaction becomes final. No refunds, exchanges, or reversals are available after this point, with one exception noted below.

This policy aligns with digital content industry standards and protects both our inventory and your ability to make an informed choice.

CORRUPTED OR DEFECTIVE FILES

Should you encounter a file that is corrupted, inaccessible, or doesn't match the product you ordered, we're here to help. Contact us at support@shopkelverin.com within 30 days of your purchase and include your order number.

We'll provide you with a replacement file immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved and the file remains unusable, we will issue you a full refund.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION FOR EUROPEAN AND UK CUSTOMERS

Standard consumer protection laws grant you 14 days to cancel most online purchases. However, for digital content purchased online, you waive this cancellation window when you agree to download the content immediately and acknowledge that cancellation rights no longer apply after download begins.

Our pre-download notification includes this disclosure and asks for your explicit confirmation. If you decline the download at that point, you retain your full 14-day cancellation right and will receive a complete refund.

PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES AND GIFT PRODUCTS

Promotional offers and sale items are subject to the same refund guidelines as regular-priced products. Pre-download, full refund available. Post-download, final sale. Gift products follow identical terms.

HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of authorization. Your bank or financial institution may require an additional few days to credit the funds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, contact us at support@shopkelverin.com and we'll investigate.
