Shop Kelverin exclusively sells digital ebooks. When you purchase an ebook, you receive an instant download link—not a physical book, printed copy, or hardcover edition. There is no shipping involved, no carrier delays, and no waiting for a package to arrive.
WHERE WE SERVE
We currently operate exclusively in the United States. Orders placed from locations outside the U.S. may be canceled and automatically refunded in full.
HOW YOU RECEIVE YOUR EBOOK
After your payment is successfully processed and your order is confirmed, your ebook is available to you through multiple channels:
Immediate Access
A download button appears on your order confirmation page right after checkout completes—you can start downloading within seconds.
Email Delivery
We send a download link to the email address you provided during checkout. This ensures you have a record and can download your ebook at any time.
Your Account
If you have a Shop Kelverin account, all your purchases are listed there. You can access your ebooks anytime by signing in.
Delivery Timing
Delivery is typically instant. Occasionally, payment review processes may delay delivery by up to 24 hours, but this is rare. You'll receive notification if any delay occurs.
ABOUT DOWNLOAD LINKS
Link Expiration
Download links may expire after a certain period or allow only a limited number of downloads. We recommend saving your file to your device or a backup location (cloud storage, external drive, etc.) immediately after downloading to ensure you always have access.
File Format
Each product page clearly displays the file format (PDF, ePub, Mobi, etc.). Before purchasing, verify that your device, e-reader, or reading application supports the format. Different devices and apps may display ebooks differently—fonts, layout, and images may vary based on your settings.

File Won't Open or Appears Corrupted?
See the "Corrupted or Defective Files" section of our Refund Policy. We'll send you a replacement or issue a refund if the problem can't be resolved.
COSTS & TAXES
There are no shipping fees, handling charges, or delivery surcharges. Shop Kelverin ebooks have no shipping costs whatsoever.
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Tax is the only additional charge beyond the product price.
ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
To receive your digital ebook, we need your email address. If you create a Shop Kelverin account, you can organize your purchases in one place and re-download them anytime.
