We sell exclusively digital products and currently serve customers in the United States. Our platform is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver these Services to you.
This Terms and Conditions agreement, together with any policies referenced within (collectively, the "Terms"), outlines your legal rights and responsibilities when accessing, browsing, or using the Services.
Please read this agreement thoroughly. It contains essential information about warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, and your legal rights.
By visiting, browsing, accessing, or using the Services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with either document, you should not access or use the Services.
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you reside in the United States, that you have reached the age of majority in your state, and that you have granted permission for any minors under your care to use the Services on devices you own or control. We do not serve customers outside the United States and will cancel and refund orders placed internationally.
To access the Services, you may need to supply information such as your email address, billing address, and payment details. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you possess the legal authority to provide such information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or share your account with another party.

Every product sold through the Services is a digital ebook available for download. We do not sell, ship, or distribute physical books, hardcover editions, or any printed materials.
We strive to display accurate product information on our site, including file formats. Before making a purchase, you are responsible for confirming that your device and reading software can open the specified file format. Digital products may display differently across devices, applications, and user preferences—layout, fonts, and images may vary.
Product listings, availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available by geographic region or customer, on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Kelverin retains the right to accept, decline, or modify any order at our discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until Kelverin sends you a confirmation. Your payment must be successfully processed before your order is finalized. If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will notify you using the email address and billing information provided at the time of purchase.
Prior to downloading your ebook, you will receive a notice explaining that initiating the download means you accept the product and lose your right to request a refund. If you prefer not to proceed—for instance, if you wanted a physical copy or have changed your mind—you may decline to download and request a full refund with no questions asked. Once you accept the notice and download, the sale is complete and final, except in cases of corrupted or faulty files as described in our Refund Policy.
You confirm and warrant that your purchases are intended solely for your personal, private use and not for resale, commercial distribution, or any other commercial purpose.
SECTION 4 - PRICING, BILLING, AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and special rates may change at any time without advance notice. The price you pay reflects the amount shown at the time you complete your purchase and will be detailed in your order confirmation email. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices do not include applicable sales taxes.
Prices shown on Shop Kelverin may differ from prices offered elsewhere. We occasionally run promotions with their own separate terms and conditions, distinct from these Terms. If a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms will take precedence.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for payment and billing purposes. You also agree to update your information promptly, including email, payment card number, and expiration date, so we can complete transactions and contact you when necessary.
By making a purchase, you represent that: (i) the payment method information you provide is accurate and legitimate, (ii) you are authorized to use that payment method, (iii) charges will be approved by your card issuer, and (iv) you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 - VIP MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Shop Kelverin VIP Membership Program (the "Program") provides members with exclusive benefits, early access, and priority support. These VIP Terms govern your participation.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the VIP Program.
HOW TO ENROLL & BILLING
When you decide to join the VIP Membership Program at checkout, you agree to:
- A 2-day complimentary trial period (your ebook purchase is charged immediately at regular price and delivered instantly; VIP membership does not charge during trial)
- After trial ends, a recurring charge of $39.99 for your first full month of VIP membership (charged 2 days after initial purchase)
- Continued billing of $39.99 every 30 days automatically until you cancel
These terms appear clearly at checkout. By clicking "Enroll," you acknowledge and accept this recurring billing structure.
VIP MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
As an active VIP member, you enjoy:
- Weekly Book Updates — Curated notifications about new ebooks added to our collection each week
- Custom Book Requests — Request specific ebooks or genres; our team prioritizes acquiring titles VIP members want most
- Early Access — Exclusive early access to newly released ebooks before general public availability
- Priority Support — Expedited customer support with faster response times
All benefits remain active as long as your membership is current and paid. Benefits end immediately upon cancellation.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your VIP membership at any time for any reason with no penalties. Email support@shopkelverin.com and clearly state your intent to cancel the membership. Cancellation is processed within 24 business hours; no further charges occur. If already charged for the upcoming month, that charge is non-refundable, but your membership benefits continue through the end of that paid period. You may re-enroll at any time and receive a new 2-day trial.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You agree to provide complete and accurate information when enrolling, including email, billing address, and payment method. Keep this information current. Kelverin reserves the right to limit or cancel memberships that appear fraudulent, involve resale activity, or violate our policies.
PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use the Program for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes, including harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, transmitting malware, reselling memberships, or infringing intellectual property rights. Violation may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
Kelverin reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or change VIP membership benefits, pricing, or terms. Material changes to pricing or core benefits will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued membership after notice constitutes acceptance.
SECTION 6 - DIGITAL DELIVERY AND PRODUCT LICENSE
Delivery. After your order is accepted, your ebook is made available through a download link shown on your order confirmation page, sent via email, and/or accessible through your account. Delivery is complete when the download link is ready for use. If you don't receive a link or if it doesn't work, contact support@shopkelverin.com.
Download links may expire or be restricted to a certain number of downloads. We recommend saving your file to your device or a backup location immediately after downloading to ensure permanent access.
License Grant. Purchasing an ebook grants you a limited license to use the content, not ownership of the intellectual property. Under these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, store, and read the ebook on your personal devices for your own private, non-commercial purposes only.
You are strictly prohibited from: (a) sharing, selling, reselling, renting, lending, or distributing the ebook or copies of it; (b) uploading or posting the ebook to any website, cloud service, file-sharing platform, or shared location; (c) translating, modifying, or creating derivative works; (d) removing or tampering with copyright notices, watermarks, or metadata; (e) circumventing any copy protection or security measures; or (f) using the ebook to train, develop, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Violation of these restrictions may result in cancellation of your license. All rights to the ebooks not expressly granted here are retained by Kelverin and its content providers.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Services, ebooks, and all related content—including text, images, trademarks, logos, design elements, audio, video, and arrangement—are owned by Kelverin, its partners, or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms allow you to use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. Except as permitted by the license in Section 6, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Services without our prior written permission. Except as expressly stated here, nothing grants you any rights to Kelverin's patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state laws. All rights not expressly granted are retained by Kelverin.
Kelverin's names, logos, product names, and designs are trademarks of Kelverin or its licensors and may not be used without written consent. Shopify's trademarks belong to Shopify. All other brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
The Services may provide access to optional tools and features offered by third parties, which we do not operate, manage, or control.
These third-party tools are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions, express or implied, and without endorsement. We assume no liability for any issues, damage, or harm arising from your use of these tools.
Your use is entirely at your discretion and risk. Review and understand the third-party provider's terms before using their tools. We may introduce new third-party features in the future, which will be considered part of the Services and subject to these Terms.
SECTION 9 - EXTERNAL LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Services may contain links to websites and platforms operated by third parties. We do not review, validate, or endorse external sites or their content. Your access to external websites is at your own risk.
Kelverin is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from your access to external websites or your transactions with third-party providers. We strongly recommend reviewing third parties' policies before engaging with them. Direct any complaints or concerns about third-party products to the provider directly.
SECTION 10 - SHOPIFY PARTNERSHIP
The Services are hosted on Shopify's platform. However, your transactions with Kelverin are direct; Shopify is not a party to your purchase. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify bears no responsibility for Kelverin transactions, including any injury, damage, or loss. You release Shopify from all claims, damages, and liabilities connected to your purchases from Kelverin.
SECTION 11 - YOUR FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS
Any feedback, suggestions, comments, ideas, reviews, or other content you submit to us (collectively, "Feedback") grants Kelverin a permanent, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use, adapt, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial uses. We may use these rights to operate, offer, evaluate, enhance, and promote the Services.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own all Feedback you provide; (ii) you have disclosed any incentives or compensation related to the Feedback; and (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms. We have no obligation to keep Feedback private, compensate you, or respond to it.
You confirm that your Feedback does not violate any third-party rights and does not include illegal, harmful, or objectionable material, viruses, or malware. You are fully responsible for your Feedback and its accuracy.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, TYPOS, AND INACCURACIES
The Services may occasionally contain errors, typos, or inaccuracies affecting product details, file formats, pricing, promotions, or inventory. We reserve the right to correct these errors and update information at any time without notice, even after purchase completion. If we cancel an order due to an error after payment, we will issue a full refund.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the Services: (a) for illegal or harmful purposes; (b) to violate any federal, state, or local law; (c) to infringe anyone's intellectual property rights; (d) to harass, threaten, insult, defame, or intimidate anyone; (e) to communicate false or misleading information; (f) to upload content violating these Terms; (g) to send spam, unsolicited advertisements, or chain messages; (h) to impersonate others; or (i) to engage in activities that interfere with anyone's use of the Services.
Additionally, you agree not to: (a) introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code; (b) reproduce, resell, or exploit portions of the Services except as licensed; (c) track or collect other users' information; (d) use bots, scraping tools, or AI extraction software to access the Services; or (e) bypass security measures or access restrictions. We may deactivate or delete your account without notice if you violate these Terms.
SECTION 14 - AUTOMATED AGENTS AND TOOLS
This section applies if you use automated software or services ("Agents") to access the Services. Agents must always identify themselves and comply with requirements below. We may control whether and how Agents access the Services using technical methods. Agents cannot use the Services if we have requested they stop.
Agents must: (i) clearly identify themselves and include the Agent's name in user-agent information; (ii) not hide Agent access by mimicking human behavior or circumventing verification; (iii) answer honestly about whether access is from a human or computer; and (iv) not bypass blocks or limitations we've implemented.
SECTION 15 - ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or suspend your account access at any time, at our sole discretion and without notice. You remain liable for all charges through the termination date.
The following sections survive termination: Digital Delivery and Product License, Intellectual Property Rights, Your Feedback and Submissions, Termination, Warranty Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, and Governing Law, plus any other provisions that should naturally extend beyond termination.
SECTION 16 - WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS
Information provided on the Services is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. You use all information at your own discretion and risk. We disclaim all liability for reliance on such information.
EXCEPT WHERE EXPLICITLY STATED BY KELVERIN, INCLUDING IN OUR REFUND POLICY REGARDING FAULTY FILES, THE SERVICES AND ALL EBOOKS ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS RESTRICT WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KELVERIN, ITS PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, VENDORS, AND SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY HARM, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST EARNINGS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, STEMMING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES OR EBOOKS, OR ANY ISSUE CONNECTED TO YOUR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. IN NO CASE SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DISALLOW EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO PORTIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kelverin, Shopify, and our partners, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from all losses, liabilities, claims, and costs, including reasonable legal expenses, owed to any third party that arise from (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or third-party rights, or (3) your use of the Services.
We will inform you of any indemnifiable claim. Delayed notification does not reduce your obligations unless you suffer substantial harm. We may control the defense and settlement at your cost, but will not settle non-monetary claims without your approval. You will cooperate in defending indemnified claims by providing necessary materials.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed by law, and the invalid portion will be removed. This determination does not affect the validity of remaining provisions.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with our policies, represent the entire agreement between you and Kelverin and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or spoken. Ambiguities in these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not delegate, transfer, or assign these Terms without our written permission; any attempt is void. We may transfer or assign these Terms without notifying you.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law doctrines. You and Kelverin consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Washington, unless your state law prohibits this.

You can view the current Terms and Conditions on this page at any time.
We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms by posting changes to our website. You are responsible for reviewing updates periodically. Material changes will be communicated as required by law and become effective on the specified date. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
